Ryan is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the ministries of Dearborn Free Methodist Church - teaching, worship, people care, adult discipleship, family ministries, outreach, global missions and strategic planning. He oversees the DFMC ministry team and works with ministry leaders to achieve their ministry goals and ensure they are aligned with the church’s mission. He loves working with this team and helping each member hear and respond to the Lord’s direction in his/her life and ministry area.
