2021 Day Camp Volunteer Role Descriptions

Something remarkable can happen when a child starts learning to see themselves the way God sees them. To us that’s real CONFIDENCE!

Monday - Wednesday, August 23-25, 2021 (9:00 AM - 12:15 PM)

We’re planning a Day Camp that encourages every child to know that because of Jesus,
they can have CONFIDENCE because . . .

They are known. They belong. They are forgiven.

Why are we doing this?

This year our prayer, hope, and goal is to connect kids into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ to lead them to a better future.

We hope to have FUN! We believe that fun over time with a group of kids will allow us to gain more influence in their lives. We plan to spend this week laughing with them!

We hope to leverage this Day Camp to connect kids weekly with Small Group leaders at Engage Character Town.

We want to partner with parents. We believe that parents are the primary influence in a child’s life. We want to help find ways to partner with them.

We want to reach those who are far from God or who may never have set in foot in a church.  We hope to win the hearts of families for Christ to see their lives changed forever.

Want to come serve with us?  This is your invitation!
Please contact Kim Smith if you are interested in serving on the Press Play Day Camp Team this year or have any questions.  (children@DearbornFMChurch.org)
